A Child Grows in Brooklyn is bringing back the borough’s most popular baby show, the Brooklyn Baby & Family Expo, on Sunday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 501 Union in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
The annual expo offers access to the latest baby gear, top advice from national parenting experts, interactive demonstrations, kid-friendly entertainment, and access to community resources for all phases of life as a parent.
Attend author and book signings with ME as well as Jancee Dunn author of How Not To Hate Your Husband After Kids and Anya Kamenetz, author of The Art of Screen Time: How Your Family Can Balance Digital Media and Real Life.
The Expo’s Sleep Expert Panel will offer several methods for getting rest for the whole family. Speak one-on-one with experts including Kim West, author of Good Night Sleep Tight: The Sleep Lady’s Gentle Guide to Helping Your Child Go to Sleep, Stay Asleep and Wake Up Happy; Carolina Romanyuk creator of the trademarked program Sleep Trifecta: 3 Steps to Sleep Success; and Miss Megan, owner and founder of Mindful Montessori, Mantra Sleep Solutions, and The Miss Megan Effect
The expo will also offer workshops with Vered, founder of Baby in Tune: Connecting to Your Baby through Music; and Francie Webb, the founder and CEO of TheMilkinMama and author of Go Milk Yourself: You Have Power, Express It!
Children can stay entertained and occupied with a Yellow Sneakers Puppet Sing-Along, children’s activities, and a boutique of local vendors.
