About a year ago I posted about Suburban Organics, which I thought was the best bang for the buck for organic delivery services. Now the service has gotten even better. The newly renamed Door to Door Organics still offers the same great fresh produce boxes but now you can also shop for all natural groceries to add on to your order.
The site offers locally sourced farm-fresh milk, eggs, and butter, natural gourmet cheese, locally raised meats, artisan breads, and value-priced pantry staples. You can even shop by dietary needs like Gluten or Dairy Free, which is perfect as I try to kick the dairy habit.
Everything in our order was fresh and firm, even with pleasantly minimized packaging unlike some other online grocery services I have been using.
The great thing about this service is there is no membership fee and no commitment required. You just pick your desired box size and receive seasonal, customizable assortments at your door each week. Brilliant.
